Android Likely To Get Delayed

androidlogo1-thumb.png

Amidst all the hype and attention it's receiving, it's a small wonder that the Android has managed to survive this long without any strong negative feedback. Sure, there were initial complaints about it earlier, but those were quickly addressed. Since then, it's been relative smooth sailing for the Android.

You know that with that kind of setup, things are bound to go wrong sooner or later.

Deutsche Telekom's T-Mobile USA expects to deliver an Android-powered phone in the fourth period, but Sprint Nextel Corp (S.N) will not be able to, a person familiar with the matter said, according to the Journal.

China Mobile, the world's largest wireless carrier with nearly 400 million subscriber accounts, likely will have its launch delayed until late this year or early 2009, the Journal reported, citing sources.

It looks like the Android is going to get delayed, folks. Google has yet to say anything regarding the matter. We'll keep you posted when it releases a statement, if it does.
