Bejeweled 2 Gets Upgraded

Gem puzzler Bejeweled 2 is getting an upgrade. Astraware and PopCap Games will be adding a few new features to their highly-acclaimed title. Here's a list of the improvements:

support for 240x240 screens
additional resolutions are now available: 240x320 and 320x240
optimized for play using 5-way or stylus controls

The upgrade is free for those who already bought a copy of the game. For those who haven't, it's going to cost $19.95 USD. Take it from me when I say that it'll be well worth your money regardless of what age you are. The gameplay involves lining three or more similar gems to each other. You can enjoy arcade mode where a higher score is king or dive into the puzzle mode where your objective to clear the board of gems.
