Bell & Telus To Go Head-To-Head Over The Storm

Thumbnail image for branding_storm.jpg

The much-anticipated BlackBerry Storm is going to be the image of competition as Bell & Telus prepare to sell them on the same day. It will be interesting to see what kind of marketing tactics the two companies will use to entice consumers to choose one over the other. Of course, the primary task is to convince them to actually get the Storm.

In a memo sent Friday to all Bell retail mangers it was revealed that both of the Canadian CDMA carriers will be releasing the Storm on the same day “following the US launch.” Going on to list mandatory training that all employees must take part in, all training must be completed by the 8th of December which many insiders have long labeled as a tentative launch date.

So expect all things regarding the Storm to become a little more aggressive over the next couple of days. Are you looking forward to this new BlackBerry? Which carrier are you going to choose? Hit the source for more information.
