And so RIM has lifted the veil on the mysterious teaser that it presented yesterday. The BlackBerry App World is coming soon and RIM wants you to sign up now.

You can sign up at the site to get the updates that you need. A PayPal account is required to purchase aps, so make sure you have that as well. The minimum price per app is $2.99, with developers getting the option to raise them at $1 increments. Don't worry, it's not all about the money because the site will feature free apps as well. The BlackBerry Curve, Pearl, Storm and Bold will all be supported. You'll be able to keep track of your purchased apps via the MyWorld feature, which will allow you to download previously-purchased software.
