Clamshell BlackBerrys Leaked

8120_closed_expansys.jpg

Oops. Looks like someone made a mistake. Online retailer Expansys prematurely posted the BlackBerry 8220 and 8210. Known as the KickStart and SeaWolf respectively, the accident revealed a few details about both devices, information that was supposed to be still under wraps.

Both phones will have a 20-key SureType keyboard, Bluetooth 2.0, a 3.5mm audio port, a microSD card slot and more. However, the 8210 has a GPS instead of WiFi and the 8220 has quad-band GSM (850/900/1800/1900MHz)

Price and release date information is still unknown at the moment. Also, the details here are still subject to change. Is the market ready for clamshell BlackBerrys? We'll find out soon enough.
