Diaddict Million-Dollar Mobile Phone Strap

diamond_strap.jpgDiaddict may very well be the world's most exclusive diamond 'retailer' and I use the word 'retailer' rather loosely given that you must make a one-on-one appointment to view their pricey rock collection. Based out of Japan, Diaddict's collection is sprinkled with some of the rarest, colourful and unique diamonds available for sale.

For their 2007 collection they just released a one-of-a-kind 100 million yen (approx. $1 million CAD) mobile phone strap that boasts a 6.02-carat yellow diamond and smaller blue and pink accent diamonds and accompanied by over 2-carats of clear diamonds on the strap itself. Of course, if this strap won't work with a Treo or a BlackBerry, I won't be buying it this year. You? If you must see it in person (c'mon, you are so hopping on an Air Canada flight right now) head on over to Takashimaya department store located in the business district of Tokyo called Nihonbashi.
