Google Expands iPhone Services

Google-iPhone-5.png

If you step back and take a look at the things, it's easy to see why Apple and Microsoft are rivals. They compete in hardware and software, most of their products are not compatible with each other and their coding is different, which forces software developers to write programs specifically for their environments. If you take a look at Google and Microsoft, or in this case Google and Apple, the comparison becomes blurry. After all, how does a search engine compete with an operating system?

Infiltration might be a good answer to it, as shown by today's announcement. Google is making its way into Apple's territory by expanding its iPhone services, making it available in 33 new markets and 16 new languages. On top of that, it's also launching a special Google News edition for the iPhone, which features Google News, among other things. Competing mobile web browsers are probably green with envy already. Probably.
