Helio Ocean Preview

After sorting through all the April Fools' news and updates, Phone Scoop managed to get their hands on the Helio Ocean, which resulted in this video preview.

Helio's flagship phone includes a 2 megapixel camera, a microSD card slot and 200MB of memory. The software includes a web browser, a messaging application, Google Maps and a music player.
