HTC Plans To Release At Least Three More Android Mobiles

HTC has said that it will release at least three mobiles this year that are powered by Android. That should up the number of cellphones out there with Google's operating system. It already worked with the search engine giant to bring the G1 last year so it looks like the two companies are going to push forward with its already-established relationship.

HTC announced the HTC Magic last month, its second Android phone. It will be Europe's answer to the US-only G1 from T-Mobile, with Vodafone serving as the carrier. The mobile maker plans to follow up with two more models later this year.

With the G1's release in the U.S. and the Magic's European entrance, one has to wonder if HTC is following a regional trend. Will we see Android in Canada? How about in Asia? We'll keep you posted on what both companies have in store.
