HTC Reveals HTC Touch Pro

HTC has announced the HTC Touch Pro, formerly known as the HTC Raphael. It's an improved version of the Diamond, so if you thought that model was impressive, wait till you see the specs on this one.

• Connectivity: WCDMA / HSPA: 900/2100MHz. HSDPA 7.2 Mbps and HSUPA
• Operating system: Windows Mobile® 6.1 Professional
• Display: 2.8-inch VGA touch screen
• Camera: 3.2MP, with video calling
• Keyboard: Slide-out 5 row QWERTY keyboard

With GPS, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, a camera and a slider keyboard, it's a pretty solid phone. It will arrive in North American shores later this year. Since the Diamond has already been dubbed as a challenger to the iPhone, I'm pretty sure this one will follow as well. HTC really seems to be determined to grab a significant chunk of the mobile phone pie.
