Picasa Web Albums Now Available For Nokia S60 Mobiles

Fans of Google's Picasa imaging software and service will be pleased to find out that it has now been optimized for Nokia phones. Mobiles running the S60 platform are going to be able to use Picasa Web Albums. The said service was previously available to iPhone and Windows Mobile users only.

You can now get this new version of Picasa Web Albums on all S60 phones using a WebKit-based browser, as well as iPhone using Safari and Windows Mobile 6 Professional using Internet Explorer. As an added bonus we've also added support for Windows Mobile 6 Standard.

Aside from being compatible with S60 phones, Picasa also supports 36 languages. Sounds like Google's really making an effort to make this one the mainstream mobile imaging service of choice. Full details via the source link.
