Samsung seems to have heard the complaints relevant to the WEP200 and addressed them in the WEP500. With the exception of the ergonomic flaw relating to the multifunction button, this device seems just about perfect. Samsung stuck with the jewel case/charger arrangement; sub-optimal, but not a deal breaker from my perspective. The sound quality is great and the unit does not get uncomfortable with extended wearing.
