Samsung Unveils New Mobiles

samsungl600.jpg

Engadget is covering quite a few of Samsung's latest offerings in the mobile market. Here are two examples that I think are nearly polar opposites of each other. Of course, that's just me. You could have a different opinion altogether.

First, we have the SGH-L600, which features a "2 megapixel shooter, 200 x 176 display, microSD expansion, FM radio, and with 3.5 hours talk or 220 hours standby time". Don't bother adjusting your display settings because you're really looking at purple. It also has EDGE, but is that enough to make up for the garish color?

As if to make up for it, the SGH-P520 looks like it means business. "Specs wise, it will boast a 2.6-inch 320 x 240 resolution LCD, GSM / EDGE connectivity, a three-megapixel camera, 50MB of internal memory, Bluetooth / WiFi, and a microSD card slot to boot." It looks sexy, thanks its sleek design and all-touchscreen interface. There's no word on pricing though, so we'll have to wait until they release more information.
